Apartment Hunt 2007 resulted in us renting the first apartment we saw. It was a mistake in some respects but we weren't in positions to fight the obvious - we make too little money and real estate had inflated to busting point. We took what was affordable to us.

And now, Apartment Hunt 2008 has resulted in sore shins, a desperate need for arch supports, an overwhelming sense of desperation, and everything hanging on one response from one person we just met.
